 Princess Aurora - Sleeping Beauty

One day the king and queen gave birth to a princess whose name was Aurora. The king invited everyone to come to the party. Suddenly, there were many Fairys at the party. They all wished Aurora to grow up healthy and happy. However, there is a bad Fairy curse that Aurora is going to prick her finger on a spinning wheel and die when she is sixteen, but another Fairy said that she isn't going to die and going to sleep for a hundred years. In order not to let Aurora be pricked, the king destroyed all the spinning wheels.

On Aurora sixteen birthday everyone is preparing for her birthday party. She sneaked into the old tower while everyone was busy. In a room at the top there's an old lady and a spinning wheel, then Aurora touches the spinning wheel and pricks her finger. Fairies come too late and the princess was asleep. One of the fairies put everyone to sleep for hundred years.

One day a prince from Spain comes to the town and he want to see the sleeping princess, then he kisses her hand and she wake up! Finally, everyone in castle wakes up. They started working again and the princess and the prince spend her birthday together.

Comment

At the time of the last princess sleeping, the Fairies quickly come up with a solution. Let things happen as if they had never happened. The ending makes me feel very much like Sleeping Beauty. But they can sleep for hundred years and still look good. I feel puzzled why not directly resurrect the princess on the good.
